       The Mingqin GCD-9200 portable VOCs monitoring instrument adopts gas chromatography separation technology and hydrogen flame ionization detection (FID) technology to achieve qualitative and quantitative monitoring of total hydrocarbons, methane, and non methane total hydrocarbons in pollution source exhaust gas.
      

Product principle

Separate methane, non methane hydrocarbons, and benzene derivatives in the sample gas using gas chromatography. After separation, the gas is sent to a hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) for combustion, and the concentration of VOCs is determined by measuring the ion current.

The chromatographic analysis module, FID detector, battery module, hydrogen cylinder, standard gas cylinder, and electronic automatic pressure control module are all integrated into one analyzer host system. The highly integrated design makes on-site operations more efficient and fast.

3. Friendly human-computer interaction

◆ Chinese operation interface, the device comes with real-time monitoring of instrument operating parameters, and has equipment fault diagnosis function to quickly diagnose and maintain equipment faults, ensuring the normal operation of the instrument.

The device can automatically process/store data and spectra, and display monitoring parameters in real-time. For example, providing historical spectra and alarm information queries for box temperature, pressure parameters of various EPC modules, FID temperature parameters, and gas pressure parameters.

4. Multiple filtering to prevent blockage

During the sampling and intake process, a triple filtration design is adopted to prevent particles, oil fumes, ink, water vapor, and other blockages in the air path.
