Simultaneously integrating black smoke vehicle capture video capture technology, real-time capture and evidence storage of illegal videos of vehicles emitting black smoke. In addition, the detection and storage of vehicle speed acceleration, traffic flow, environmental meteorological parameters, etc. are also carried out to ensure the quality of pollutant data in the remote sensing monitoring system for motor vehicle exhaust.

The detected data is transmitted to the control software platform of the motor vehicle exhaust remote sensing monitoring system through the local area network, which can be connected to the LED display unit and the central end of the motor vehicle exhaust monitoring platform.

The host mainly includes three parts: infrared and ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy pollution gas detection unit, opaque smoke detection unit, and environmental parameter measurement unit. It is responsible for detecting the composition of motor vehicle exhaust and related gas concentration values, as well as opaque smoke data, and sending the detected data to the motor vehicle exhaust remote sensing monitoring system control software platform through the local area network; The reflector is deployed across the road from the host, responsible for calibrating the host and receiving reflected ultraviolet, infrared light, etc., to cooperate with the host in detecting motor vehicle exhaust; The license plate recognition camera is responsible for road condition supervision and capturing and recognizing motor vehicle license plates; The video recognition camera is responsible for capturing videos and images of black smoke at the rear of motor vehicles; The video intelligent recognition system is responsible for analyzing and processing the videos and images captured by video recognition cameras, and combining intelligent algorithms to determine the Ringman blackness of motor vehicle exhaust.
