GCD-9200 PORTABLE VOCs MONITOR

The Mingqin GCD-9200 portable VOCs monitoring instrument adopts gas chromatography separation technology and hydrogen flame ionization detection (FID) technology to achieve qualitative and quantitative monitoring of total hydrocarbons, methane, and non methane total hydrocarbons in pollution source exhaust gas. The overall design complies with the technical requirements and testing methods for portable detectors of total hydrocarbons, methane, and non methane in ambient air and exhaust gas (HJ1012-2018)

Product principle

Separate methane, non methane hydrocarbons, and benzene derivatives in the sample gas using gas chromatography. After separation, the gas is sent to a hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) for combustion, and the concentration of VOCs is determined by measuring the ion current.

- The temperature of the heat tracing tube can be automatically adjusted according to the sampling port temperature to prevent VOC gas condensation and system errors
