Return to List In order to effectively monitor the VOCs pollution emissions from fixed discharge outlets, enterprise production equipment and valves, and the surrounding areas of enterprises, improve environmental risk prevention and control capabilities and environmental law enforcement capabilities, enhance environmental inspection levels, and properly control the probability of sudden environmental incidents, the Dongguan Ecological Environment Bureau needs to improve its environmental supervision capacity building and equip each sub bureau in its jurisdiction with a batch of portable on-site detection equipment to effectively respond to the increasingly serious pollution problems and the contradiction between outdated inspection methods and low law enforcement efficiency.
To solve the above problems, Dongguan Ecological Environment Bureau entrusted Guangdong Mingqin Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. to undertake the construction work in August 2021. During the project construction process, our company pays attention to the work content, quality control, and quality assurance of project implementation. We regularly arrange dedicated personnel to calibrate and maintain monitoring instruments, and actively report work progress to relevant management departments. In this project, our company will independently develop and manufacture portable VOCs detectors and other equipment for the daily work of air pollution prevention and VOCs emergency law enforcement in Dongguan City, and provide professional training. At the same time, the Dongguan Ecological Environment Bureau will provide 3 years of technical support services.
So far, the main performance indicators of the instrument system have met the requirements of relevant standards and specifications, and the operation is stable and normal.
