Jieyang Dananhai Petrochemical Industrial Zone Air Quality Automatic Monitoring Station (including monitoring of characteristic pollutants) Project

        The Jieyang Dananhai Petrochemical Industrial Zone was established in July 2007 with the approval of the Guangdong Provincial Government. Following the development concept of integration, high-end, green, safe, and intelligent development, the industrial zone aims to build a large-scale chemical industry base led by the nearly 100 billion yuan investment of the PetroChina Guangdong Petrochemical Refining and Chemical Integration Project and the introduction of resources through the deep-water port. It focuses on extending the petrochemical midstream and downstream industrial chain, with a focus on developing six pillar industries including refining, fine chemicals, machinery and equipment, biomedicine, new materials, and high-end services. It actively builds a high-quality refining and petrochemical industrial chain, and strives to create a "multi leader" industrial pattern with high technological content, high added value, and long industrial chain.

        With the increasing number of enterprises in the industrial zone, it is urgent to establish an automatic monitoring station for monitoring the air quality of the petrochemical industrial zone (including monitoring of characteristic pollutants) to monitor the environmental air quality of the park in a targeted manner. In order to ensure the environmental air quality in the region and protect the lives of residents, the Danahai Branch of Jieyang Ecological Environment Bureau publicly tendered on the government procurement website and in May 2021, Guangdong Mingqin Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. won the bid to undertake the project construction work. To this end, our company has established a project team and arranged for technically proficient personnel to follow up and coordinate the project construction situation. In July, a small-scale environmental monitoring system was set up at three pre selected locations for comparison and selection. After monitoring for one month, a comparison and selection report was prepared and submitted to the client for approval.

        The project construction content provided by our company is as follows:

(1) Conduct a one month data comparison using a small-scale air monitoring system at three selected locations in the Dahuanghai Petrochemical Industrial Zone, prepare a data analysis report, and select construction sites;

(2) Complete the construction of the automatic monitoring substation for environmental air quality (including characteristic pollutants) and the configuration of auxiliary equipment and facilities in the selected management committee of the Nanhai Petrochemical Industrial Zone;

(3) Deliver the goods according to the detailed list of goods purchased for the project (see Table 1.4-1 for details), and install the instruments, equipment, systems, and auxiliary facilities at the Jieyang Dananhai Management Committee Station;

(4) Referring to the technical specifications for installation and acceptance of continuous automatic monitoring systems for gaseous pollutants (SO2, NO2, O3, CO) in ambient air (HJ 193-2013), installation and acceptance technical specifications for continuous automatic monitoring systems for particulate matter (PM10 and PM2.5) in ambient air (HJ 655-2013), and relevant requirements of the project contract, complete the main performance index testing and trial operation of the project instruments and equipment;
