SYSTEM OVERVIEW
The fixed pollution source online monitoring system consists of a volatile organic compound monitoring subsystem, a flue gas parameter (temperature, pressure, flow rate, humidity, oxygen) monitoring subsystem, and a data acquisition and processing subsystem. A temperature pressure flow integrated monitoring instrument is installed on the chimney to measure the temperature, pressure, and flow rate of flue gas. At the same time, a sampling probe is installed for gas sampling. The sample gas is introduced into the main system inside the analysis cabin through a heat tracing pipeline for organic matter and humidity measurement. Install monitoring software in the main system to monitor and summarize temperature and pressure flow, gas concentration information, and working status information. At the same time, generate reports, store data, record historical data, and communicate with the enterprise testing center, website, LED display screen, and environmental protection department through networking. TECHNICAL FEATURES
