SYSTEM OVERVIEW
The online monitoring system for non methane total hydrocarbons in ambient air/fixed pollution sources adopts negative pressure sampling with a sampling pump. The environmental samples pass through the atmospheric sampling manifold and then enter the NMHC gas chromatograph for online monitoring of non methane total hydrocarbon content in the environment through gas chromatography (FID method) technology.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
Directly measure the values of methane and non methane total hydrocarbons without any calculation, effectively eliminating the influence of oxygen interference peaks.Built in high-purity zero gas generation device provides carrier gas and auxiliary gas with hydrocarbon content ≤ 5PPb, reducing environmental background disturbance and making data more stable and reliable.By using remote communication technology, remote operation of devices can be achieved, with a transmission distance of up to 1km.The chromatographic separation module, detection module, battery module, and other modules are all integrated into one analyzer host system, which can make on-site operations more efficient.Real time monitoring of flame status ensures the normal operation of equipment, with manual/automatic calibration function and multiple calibration curves to choose from.
