In order to comprehensively strengthen the prevention and control of VOCs pollution, improve the scientific, targeted, and effective management, and promote the continuous improvement of environmental air quality, all regions must fully recognize the importance of comprehensively strengthening VOCs pollution prevention and control work, establish and improve monitoring and control systems, strengthen supervision and law enforcement, comprehensively improve VOCs regulatory capabilities and technical levels, enhance the equipment and capacity building of law enforcement personnel, and formulate talent training plans. Promote enterprises to strengthen the construction and operation management of pollution control facilities.
