SYSTEM OVERVIEW
The MQ-PAMS online monitoring system uses an instrument internal sampling pump for negative pressure sampling. Environmental samples pass through the atmospheric sampling manifold and preprocessing unit, and enter the C2-C6 gas chromatograph and C6-C12 gas chromatograph. Through gas chromatography (FID method) technology, the content of 57 ozone precursors in the environment is monitored online.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
The sampling pump, solenoid valve and other important components used in the system are all imported products.The sampling tube is connected to a heating tube, and the system structure is simple. The sampling pipeline adopts non replaceable Teflon (polytetrafluoroethylene) pipe clusters, with automatic temperature control design to accurately ensure heating temperature.The flow rate and pressure changes of the sample gas have little effect on the measurement results, and there is no need to control the pressure and flow rate of the sample gas.The sample collection method controlled by PLC can achieve long-term stable continuous measurement.The sampling probe has a simple structure, and the maintenance of the filter is easy and feasible.The sampling tube is composed of non adsorbing polytetrafluoroethylene tubes to ensure the accuracy of measurement results.
