With the development of the economy, the total amount of VOCs emitted due to human factors such as industrial production and residential life is increasing year by year, leading to increasingly serious composite air pollution problems such as photochemical smog and urban haze. To this end, environmental protection departments at all levels, including the national and provincial levels, have successively issued regulations and standards such as the "12th Five Year Plan for Air Pollution Prevention and Control in Key Areas", the "Emission Standards for Volatile Organic Compounds in Surface Coating (Automotive Manufacturing Industry)" (DB44/816-2010), and the "Emission Standards for Volatile Organic Compounds in Container Manufacturing Industry" (DB 44/1837-2016), which clearly include VOCs as key projects for air pollution prevention and control.
- For sampling probes, sampling blowback devices, heat tracing tubes, sampling pumps, pipeline joints, flow rates, flue gas condensate water removal devices, and drainage devices. Inspect smoke filters, solenoid valves, etc., and regularly replace vulnerable parts and consumables such as pump membranes and filter cartridges.
- Check if the timed blowback device is functioning properly, if it can perform normal blowback at the set time, check the adsorption of the condensate pipe wall in the system pipeline, and blow it clean in a timely manner.
- During the operation and maintenance of the fully heat tracing and extraction monitoring system, the instruments are manually calibrated regularly according to regulatory requirements. At the same time, internal parameters such as voltage, current, and temperature of the instrument light source should be checked to ensure that the instrument is working properly.
- Check and register the concentration, expiration date, and remaining pressure of each standard gas, and replace them regularly.
- Check whether the gas pipe, pressure reducing valve, and needle valve are corroded, leaking, or damaged, and replace them regularly. Stop using high-pressure steel cylinders when the residual pressure of the standard gas is lower than the specified pressure. Check if the adsorbents and desiccants used for zero gas (or flue gas) have expired and replace them regularly.
- For the pressure difference method flow rate measuring instrument, check whether the pitot tube coefficient is set correctly, check whether the airtightness is normal, check whether the pitot tube coefficient is set correctly, check whether the installation position of the pitot tube is loose, check whether the airtightness is normal, check whether the pitot tube fee blowback pipeline, control valve, etc. are working properly, check whether the pitot tube pipeline is blocked, monitor whether the flow rate value is normal, etc. Regularly carry out corresponding inspections, maintenance, and calibration.
- For temperature, pressure, and humidity measuring instruments: regularly check whether the monitoring data is normal, check whether the probe is blocked, corroded, or perforated, and regularly clean and replace it.
