Efficient hydrocarbon removal device
Research and Development Background:
For volatile organic compounds (VOCs) analysis instruments based on hydrogen flame ionization detectors (FID), using dry and pure air as a combustion aid or carrier gas to obtain a good instrument detection background is crucial for the accuracy and reliability of the detection results. At the same time, high-purity zero gas is also required for zero calibration of gas monitoring and analysis instruments.
The high-efficiency hydrocarbon removal device developed by Mingqin Technology adopts the ultra-high temperature combustion method, which constructs an ultra-high temperature gas reaction chamber with special materials to completely burn and decompose the hydrocarbon substances entering the reaction chamber, achieving efficient hydrocarbon removal.
This device is not only suitable for different types of VOCs analysis instruments based on the FID principle, but also an important component of high-purity zero gas generators.
